Earned Wellness llc specializes in individualized mental health care that is customized for the needs of the individual. Christopher Brown has extensive experience in working with diverse populations and specializes in treating trauma, substance use disorder, anxiety, and depression.
When we growing up in rejecting environments, we learn that to survive and remain attached, we need to disconnect from ourselves. We learn to sacrifice authenticity for attachment. When this happens, we grow up not really understanding our sense of self because we have had to rely on our adaptive self to stabilize our relationships. The NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) is a complex trauma framework that is used to better understand how adaptations from the past distort are present and impact our relationships with those we care about and our relationship with ourself. Earned Wellness llc utilizes the NARM framework to help individuals with exploring their inner experience and to better understand the internal barriers that are blocking them from having the internal life they want from themself.
